By creating an account or using PIN, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Description of the service

PIN provides tools to track items you lend (PinPass) and items you own (PinStash).

User accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Acceptable use

You may not use PIN for illegal content or to abuse the service, other users, or PIN's infrastructure.

Intellectual property

Content you create in PIN belongs to you.

Limitation of liability

PIN is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PIN operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We will notify users of material changes to these terms via email or an in-app notice.
